Is it bad if I have a lot of birthmarks?

I have many birth marks. There's not one spot were I don't have one. There pretty big too. I'm very self conscious about them. Im a 15 year old girl fair skin and auburn hair and I feel like there the ugliest thing in the world. I feel have a swimming party coming up and there's going �be a lot of guys and I'm worried if any guy sees my birth marks that they think �I �have a disease �and no guy will like me because of it. Please help is there any to cover them up..removal or just anything to make me feel better about my self ?�
