Cool gift for hospitalized friend?

He's probably already got tons of candy, balloons, cards, and flowers so my friend and I want to get him something unusual. We're both really weird, so on the list so far we have a lightsaber [blue, because I have red, she has green, and her brother has purple]. One because Star Wars is cool, two so he can whack unwanted visitors. XD Second, we have play-doh! But yeah, any weird, random, and especially funny things would be awesome. I don't want to be 'just another visitor'. Thanks! [P.S He can only have liquids for now, but if you have ideas for later that would be cool. But please don't just say his favorite food, two reasons, I have no idea what it is, and someone else will think of that.] XD
