Is watching pornography and masturbating allowed in islam?

I am a thirteen year old muslim boy. I am used to masturbating one or two times daily. I tried to quit, I just can't, I'm addicted to masturbating. I also watch porn on the internet sometimes. I want to be a good Muslim. Are my habits allowed in islam? I really need help, please answer my question.
