How to cope with a job that harasses you?

Got hurt at work because equipment was boopy trapped-prank. Work won't pay for and trying to write me up for 'failing to be aware of my circumstances'. What to do? Lawyer, quit first, wait find new job, revenge? D) all the above; explain. Please help? What have you done and what would you do?
