What gift could I get my friend when I visit him in the hospital?

He's probably already got tons of candy, balloons, cards, and flowers so my friend and I want to get him something unusual. We're both really weird, so on the list so far we have a lightsaber [blue, because I have red, she has green, and her brother has purple]. One because Star Wars is cool, two so he can whack unwanted visitors. XD Second, we have play-doh! But yeah, any weird, random, and especially funny things would be awesome. I don't want to be 'just another visitor'. Thanks!
