Need Help Finding a good FREE Mmorpg?

Hi! my brother and i qquit WoW after Cata quit and are currently looking for a FREE Mmo somewhat similar to WoW. He really want to play a shape shifting class, like the feral druid. The better the graphics/playerbase the better. Please help! also we have tried Forsaken/Perfect Worlds, Runes of Magic and 4Story. Don't really care for any of them. Also, i like bards, but they don't HAVE to be in game ;)
